		It's obvious why he's here. The all-time creepiest and most diabolical villain ever, in my opinion. Played perfectly by Anthony Hopkins. The only villain who I find to be "chilling". He frequently makes a lot of the lists of the best villains, although he's often behind Anthony Perkins of Psycho fame. I've seen the psycho movies, and Hopkins was way better.
